Dive is a fitness night especially for young people aged 12 to 17 years. For just £3 you can try as many of our activities as you like.
Dive is held the last Saturday of every month, from 5.30pm till 8.30pm at Kingsmead Leisure Centre.
Please note there will not be any Dive sessions until April 2012.
What’s on offer?

Exclusive use of the swimming pool. - Sports Hall
Take part in football, Kwik cricket, basketball - Gym session
The first time you take part in a gym session you will need to complete some health forms, and have a one-to-one or group gym induction with one of our fitness instructors. For your induction please wear loose clothing, trainers and we strongly advise you to bring a small towel and a drink. After you have completed your induction you can train when you like. Gym instructors will always be around to offer advice and answer any questions. - Games room

What do I need to do?
Just turn up on the night and pay £3. You will be asked your details and given a leisure card that you will need to bring each time you come.
